Being Intentional

I feel like this word has been thrown around so much especially around my work place and friends.. What does it really mean to be an intentional person? Does it mean that we are suppose to do things in intent or be determined to act a certain way (which in theory is the same)? When we tell people to be intentional are they really? or are they being fake? I think that most people are being intentionally fake.. I'm not gonna lie, I feel that people put on a mask and try to mask everything over, there feelings, hurts, needs, all for the sake of intentionallity... Are they being intentional for there own glory or fame (Like getting another jewel on their crown :-) )? Or are they being intentional with the thought of helping others and possibly furthering His kingdom? Instead of being intentional, why don't we be real and authentic? This is all rooting from my observations of this past week. I'm going to stop there.. I don't want to get fired hahaha...

Pastor Neal spoke today about small groups and how we need to be involved in developing intentional relationships and all that stuff, don't get me wrong it was a really good sermon! I loved it! One thing he said at the end was, "If you are not having an intentional Relational Experience then you are a watcher of the Kingdom, not a member of it." It pretting much hit home for me.

Well I got to get some work done around this Apt. It's a mess and when things are not organized in my apt. I think it reflexs my life.. So I'm gonna go clean. Peace!
