I have been confronted about my blog the past couple of days by many people.. One person has tried to ridicule me and belittle me by trying to make fun of me.. Man if she knew what it really said in here instead of just hear-say. But there is this other person that first confronted me about the stuff I write.. and I think it is time to call this person out... KRISTEN WHITE.. If you read my blog again, you are considered a BLOG HO, meaning you read everyone elses but don't have one! Next time I hear from you, I want to hear you have a blog and I want your blog address! Oh and HAPPY BIRTHDAY! I hope you enjoyed your songs last night... One more thing.. Your doing at great job with ISP, especially the trips to Rwanda.. Keep it up..
SO there are a couple of things that bug me about the gym and here is a list in no particular order:
Things that bug me at the gym:
- The Person that stares at me every single time I give them my free pass, Like they don't know what they want to do with this piece of paper..
- The girl that talked on the phone for 15 mins straight while walking on the treadmill.. Really, are you there to work out or talk to friends.
- People with horrible body odor
- When I drop my iPod on the treadmill and it makes a loud noise and falls off the belt and then everyone looks at you like, "what have you done? how dare you interupt my workout with that noise!" Sorry!
Alright, thats it.. I'm spent. but before I go I leave you with a psalm.
Psalm 143
1Hear my prayer, O LORD;
give ear to my pleas for mercy!
In your faithfulness answer me, in your righteousness!
2Enter not into judgment with your servant,
for no one living is righteous before you.
3For the enemy has pursued my soul;
he has crushed my life to the ground;
he has made me sit in darkness like those long dead.
4Therefore my spirit faints within me;
my heart within me is appalled.
5I remember the days of old;
I meditate on all that you have done;
I ponder the work of your hands.
6I stretch out my hands to you;
my soul thirsts for you like a parched land.
Selah
7Answer me quickly, O LORD!
My spirit fails!
Hide not your face from me,
lest I be like those who go down to the pit.
8Let me hear in the morning of your steadfast love,
for in you I trust.
Make me know the way I should go,
for to you I lift up my soul.
9Deliver me from my enemies, O LORD!
I have fled to you for refuge![a]
10Teach me to do your will,
for you are my God!
Let your good Spirit lead me
on level ground!
11For your name's sake, O LORD, preserve my life!
In your righteousness bring my soul out of trouble!
12And in your steadfast love you will cut off my enemies,
and you will destroy all the adversaries of my soul,
for I am your servant.
